Personal Coaching

Why would you want or need personal coaching? There are many incidents that occur in business life that may cause momentary or even lasting self-doubt. Who are you able to discus such situations with in total confidence? We believe that an outsider with cross-functional commercial and business experience must be used for this critical, confidential support.

We subscribe to the “Just In Time” approach to coaching. This means that a client can experience a virtually flat learning curve. This is cost effective for the client and an excellent recommendation formula for the coach. If the client wishes to embark on a rolling personal development programme they will certainly outgrow their original coach in under three years. That is if the coaching being delivered is effective.

It is anticipated that a committed “coachee” will use a number of coaches as they progress towards their ultimate life goal.
